Dr. Ayan Nasir is board certified in internal medicine and trained in internal medicine residency at Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville where he was awarded the resident quality award and Antonelli award for his excellence in care. Previously, he went to medical school at University of Central Florida College of Medicine as well as Columbia University for undergraduate studies in financial engineering and economics. He has completed residency training in lifestyle medicine with plans for board certification as well as the LEAHP program for healthcare policy. He has also earned a Masters in Health Informatics with a concentration in healthcare administration from Northwestern University and plans on board certification within clinical informatics. He has won international awards in healthcare quality and research with focus on informatics, equity, and quality of care.
