How to gain access:
If you would like access to the Patient Portal, please ask us the next time you are in the office or contact our office at 352-243-3443 and the office staff would be happy to assist you.
Through the Patient Portal, you will be able to...
- ask questions of doctors, nurses, and staff members
- request prescription refills and referrals
- request appointments
- view your health records including visit summaries and lab results
all from the comfort of your home, whenever it is convenient for you!
This two-way messaging allows you to contact our office electronically, and also allows our doctors and office staff to communicate with you. There is no obligation to use this new system and we still remain available to you by phone during office hours. Using the portal will allow you to bypass voicemails and allow you to communicate with us at your convenience.
Important Information about the Patient Portal:
Use is for non-emergency communication and requests.
The portal is used for communication between appointments, however does not replace your scheduled appointments.

The portal is not checked on the weekends. It is only checked during regular business hours. (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm)
Please allow up to 24-48 business hours for us to respond.
Also, once registered for the patient portal you will receive appointment notifications one week before and one day before your appointment.
